Is the store open to the public?

Answer: Yes, we are open to the public. Anyone, including resellers are welcome to shop at our store. 

What condition are the items in?

Answer: We receive truckloads of return and overstock items from the nation's top resellers. While most items are in brand new, open box form, some items can be used and or damaged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUND AND NO EXCHANGE.

Is it first come first serve? Can I hold any items?

Answer: Everything is first come first serve. We restock DAILY. We cannot hold any items. We recommend coming early each morning to grab the best items. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards.

What are the line rules?

Answer: We do recommend coming EARLY to get the best items (first come first serve). If you see empty chairs for more than 30 minutes you can move ahead of that person. Please be courteous and be kind.
